  Rented from them for 2 years, didn't fix anything. We had a roof leak it took them 3 months to fix the hole in our ceiling the only way I got them to finally fix it is because I was having our child and I told them I wouldn't pay rent to fix it myself. Our fence fell down they never fixed it, a.c. didn't work as it was suppose to, had a hole in sink never fixed it, and even though we did everything they asked when we moved out they still didn't give us back our deposit. They will do anything they can to take every dime from you and will continue to raise your rent and still do nothing for you. I will NEVER rent from them again.

  Really wish I would have read these reviews before contacting them for properties to rent. We submitted an application on a Friday, paid our $80 fees and were the ONLY applicants. By Monday Aubrey and Emily BOOTED our application off the property claiming other people that had applied for a different property changed their app to this one THAT Monday AM. We complained to Aubrey who is supposedly the manager and she "agreed" to show our app with the other app and let the owners choose. Then come Wed we find out that NEVER happened and then had the nerve to call us LIARS! If we were then WHY wasn't our $ refunded!! That was the ONLY property we were interested in. In talking to other Realtors by law they have to present ALL offers, so they don't seem to care about the law, or their rental clients! We were also told they are known for saving properties for their friends and family members, giving them priority.. hmmmm. They seem very unethical and we have been calling Lance -the broker and requesting our $ back and he says he will and will call us back and still NO call and NO $! Complaints made to Inland Valley Realtors Association with whom Lance is a director, so we will see where THAT goes, and with BBB, and Consumer Affairs. Do not rent through these people- don't learn by experience, take my word for it!!! ****If you own the property on Sandy Glade that just rented, you could have had some great renters that were even willing to pay the $1400, not the $1350 they lowered it to!!!****

  This was my first real job in Moreno Valley. Lance Martin is still my hero! The staff was always fun, the realtors were great, I still miss my days as a simple front desk receptionist! Now I have 2 degrees and 3 grown kids! My daughter was barley in Jr. High School! My son wasnt famous, he is a sensation on youtube now; CJCitytv ...so proud. I would not have the basis of clerical responsibilites in my background if not given the chance to ask questions, challenge ideas and be Teri. Yes, Lance...I still type long letters! But I am now writing for a living as well...Check my blogs! This place is awesome, but Lance and his dad, including his sons and wife, even his Mom, made this place a great place to work and my kids will always remember my first real bonus of a crips $100 for Christmas that year! 5 hearts!
