  The people in this branch are both professional and personable. My only critique is that sometimes there's a fairly long wait to see a banker. However, one can avoid the wait by making an appointment. I'm extremely happy to bank with Chase and, particularly, at this branch.

  BEWARE! My mothers wallet was stolen and her ID along with her AAA card, THIS bank allowed a complete stranger go in and request a debit replacement card using ONLY her ID, strange right? We do not live in Moreno Valley area and the thieves managed to get by all the "security" questions.... within minutes they were able to use the replacement card and pull out $1800.00 from the ATM inside, the even crazier part is someone inside that branch even helped them transfer $300 to my mother checking account from my Autistic disabled sister checking account to make the withdrawal and even $1800.00 (rent money) ... All this with ONLY a CAID no PIN or account # or anything to verify identification besides an ID .... after we were made aware of the situation all the Moreno Valley manager could say was that she was too busy to know what was going on. So after that Chase visit the thieves were able to get her SSN and now she is dealing with bigger problems, this bank shows no remorse and they treated my mom like SHE was the thieve since she couldn't verify her identity...(ridiculous) This place lacks common sense and we have contacted all media outlets in the SoCal area to repost the fraud happening in this branch. Inside job? I think so! Please avoid this bank they will allow anyone to replace a debit card and even help then withdraw money from the teller or ATM. I will keep updating 5/2/2017

  I went to deposit money at the ATM; it took my cash, but didn't credit it into my account. Worse thing after that was that it ate my card and wouldn't release it. I had to call customer service.
